I love to be an agent because I like to interact with the customers. I like to help people who allows me to. I really like the fact that I can overtime. I like to be part of ACE's team because the company has good ethic and creates a great environment for the worker, tries to keep us motivated and gives us the tools that we need to do the job and something that I really like is that Ace is always trying to improve the way we work and the tools that we have. One last thing is the way that the management keep us involved with, meetings and calibrations. Like the fact that we have a great opportunity to grow on the company.

Well the working environment is pretty relaxed, you will always count with the supervisors help and support no matter how busy they are and even thought collections could be kind of challenge for ones it will never be as hard as it might sound since we've got the best team working as hard as us, willing to cooperate with any kind of issue you may have as an agent.
